Investment business

Whitewater’s invests in small and medium business buyouts withing European Union in the broad sense, with particular attention to growing economies in Eastern and Central Europe. Please refer to Investment approach page for further information.

Transactions advisory business

We provide comprehensive and independent buy-side advisory services at different stages of transactions, including the following:

• deal sourcing – we source deals based on top-down or bottom-up research strategies for private equity, LBO, and mezzanine purposes. We perform deal screening, primary and secondary research and public information review.
  
• valuation – we advise on valuation approaches for private equity and LBO transactions.
  
• term sheets – we advise on structuring and setting up the term sheets.
  
• due diligence – we provide buy-side financial and tax due diligence services.
  
• deal financing – we assist with deal financing for acquisitions in CEE.
